The big job boards optimize for volume. Ten thousand listings, a handful of filters, no editorial point of view. We’re building the opposite: a short, curated list of engineering roles where the team has been honest about scope, on‑call, comp bands, what staff really means at that company, and where AI fits into the day‑to‑day of the role.
Every listing on Yes Engineer Opportunities will publish a comp band, state on‑call expectations up front, name the hiring manager, and explain what the role’s first six months actually look like. Roles are screened by the editors; hiring teams that won’t answer the questions don’t get listed. New roles will be sent to subscribers first, before the listings page goes public.
What every listing will include
- Comp bands published on every listing
- On‑call expectations stated up front
- Direct intro to the hiring manager — no applicant tracking system black hole
- Honest read on how the role uses AI tools, and what’s expected of the candidate
- Roles screened by the editors
